Anyone donating $75 or more will receive this T-shirt.

Anyone who donates $50 or more will receive a membership to Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy.  If you are already a member, we will renew your membership for the year after your membership expires.

Anyone who donates $75 or more will receive a membership to Loudoun Wildlife as described above and a T-shirt.

Anyone who donates $100 or more will receive a membership to Loudoun Wildlife as described above, a T-shirt, and entry into a raffle for a $100 gift certificate from their choice of Wild Birds Unlimited, Ashburn or Watermark Woods native plant nursery or the Loudoun Wildlife Wild Shop.

Individual Awards and Prizes

All individuals who donate or raise more than $250 will be entered into a grand prize drawing for a signed bottle of Catoctin Creek Rabble Rouser with two rocks glasses and a coupon for a tasting for two at the Catoctin Creek Distilling Company.

All individuals who donate or raise $150 or more will also be entered into a special drawing. (Details coming soon.)

Note that individuals cannot win more than one raffle drawing.

Team Awards and Prizes

To qualify for awards and prizes, your team report and funds raised must be submitted to Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy by June 1. Teams must be comprised of at least two people and can be no larger than six people and people, and must specify in advance if they are going to compete for a 24-hour time period or a 48-hour time period. (Note that, if necessary, a team may change the date they choose to compete provided the new date is still within the Birdathon window of April 19 toMay 18.)

Winners referenced below will receive gift certificates from their choice of Wild Birds Unlimited in Ashburn; Watermark Woods native plant nursery; or the Loudoun Wildlife Wild Shop. Note that winners cannot be awarded more than one gift certificate.

Most Species Award in 24 Hours: Each member of the team finding the highest number of bird species within a 24-hour time period will receive a gift certificate for $75.

Most Species Award in 48 Hours: Each member of the team finding the highest number of bird species within a 48-hour time period will receive a gift certificate for $75.

Most Money Raised: Each member of the team raising the most money will receive a gift certificate for $75.

Most Species Observed by a Family: The family team finding the highest number of bird species will receive a gift certificate for $100.

Most Species Observed by Fledgling Birders: Each member of the team finding the highest number of bird species whose team members are 18 years old or younger (may also include a parent or guardian over 18) will receive a gift certificate for $50.

Most Species Observed by First Timers: Each member of the team finding the highest number of bird species who are participating for the first time in our Birdathon will receive a gift certificate for $50.
