17. Broad Run, Willowsford
Site Description: Broad Run is a tributary of the Potomac River. This site is located approximately one mile downstream from the headwaters of the Broad Run, within the Willowsford community outside of Aldie.
Certified Lead Monitor: Rich Wailes started monitoring Broad Run in the fall of 2021. Teacher and student volunteers from Lightridge High School and Willowsford residents are currently assisting Rich with his surveys.
