Advocacy101: Road Projects
On June 28th, Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy hosted Advocacy101: Road Projects. Conservation Advocacy Specialist Trinity Mills gave a presentation on the impacts of road projects on wildlife, why road projects are different from typical development projects, and the current Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy road project campaigns. A case study presentation from Executive Director Michael Myers was shown on the Route 15 bypass project that impacts Loudoun Wildlife’s JK Black Oak Wildlife Sanctuary.
