Loudoun Wildlife will celebrate its 25 year anniversary with a 100% virtual event

While we’re not able to gather in person to mark this occasion, we’re fortunate to have the opportunity to gather virtually to celebrate the tremendous achievements of Loudoun Wildlife over the past 25 years and look forward to the next 25 years. We will continue to post updates on this page as we get closer to the event, so please check back to see what’s new.

Get Ready to Bid on Silent Auction Items & Experiences
We’ll kick off the fun with an online auction beginning at noon on Monday, October 19 and running through 10:00 pm on Saturday, October 24 . You can bid on various items and one of a kind experiences at our online auction site.  Check back here to access the auction.

Schedule of Activities
Tune in on October 23rd at 6:00 pm to hear amazing stories from our members, enjoy local entertainment acts, and be inspired by messages from special guests. Relax with a signature cocktail, raise a toast to Loudoun Wildlife, and enjoy the entertainment by hosting a watch party with members of your family. You can help raise funds to protect, preserve, and restore wildlife habitat in Loudoun County.

Three Ways to Join in the Fun

Participate: Individuals, families, businesses, and groups are encouraged to send us a fun video to help us celebrate. Content can include anything wildlife or nature related, or it can simply congratulate us on our milestone. Find out more information on how to participate here.  Submit your video to memories@loudounwildlife.org by Friday, October 16.

Children and adults are invited to participate in our Wildlife Costume Parade. People can participate in our live socially distant parade, live through our virtual event, or by sending in a photo or video dressed up as their favorite wildlife. More details on how to sign up coming soon.

Register as an Attendee:  Loudoun Wildlife members, guests, and community members are invited to register for the event as individual supporters. Individuals can register for the event at $25 per person, or reserve a virtual “table” for $100. This is perfect for families and small gatherings.  Please register below.

Become an Event Sponsor:  Loudoun Wildlife invites its members, families, businesses and organizations throughout the community to sponsor this special event. If you’d like to be a sponsor, you can read about the opportunities here.

We’ve set up the event using the GoToMeeting platform. Once you register, login information will be sent to your email address. On the 23rd , you’ll click on a link to be connected to the event. You can choose whether to join using an audio and/or video connection.
